The short version: information you share with this site is used to respond to your inquiry, send the monthly newsletter you sign up for, and help you find what you need. Your information is not sold. You can opt out, request your data, or ask for it to be deleted at any time.

Information you provide

• Contact form submissions. When you use the contact form, you may share your name, email, phone number, the reason for your inquiry, and a message.
• Newsletter signup. When you subscribe to the monthly newsletter, you share your email address. First name may be requested optionally.
• Vendor list and other request forms. When you request the preferred vendor list or another resource, you share your email address.
• Direct email or phone. If you reach out by email or phone directly, any information shared in that exchange becomes part of the conversation record.

Information collected automatically

• Server logs. Standard hosting logs may record your IP address, browser type, the page you visited, the page you came from, and the time of the visit. These logs are used for security and basic site performance — not for advertising.
• Cookies. The site may use a small number of essential cookies for site function. No advertising cookies are set by this site directly.

How Information Is Used

Information you provide is used for the purpose you provided it. Specifically:

• To respond to your inquiry — usually within 48 hours.
• To send you the monthly newsletter you signed up for, and only that newsletter.

Third-Party Services

• Flodesk manages the monthly newsletter. When you subscribe, your email is stored in Flodesk's systems. Flodesk's privacy policy is available at flodesk.com/privacy.
• HomeBot generates the optional monthly home-value reports. If you sign up for one, your information goes to HomeBot under their privacy terms.
• FMLS-affiliated programs may be involved if you request down-payment assistance eligibility checks. Those have separate consent and privacy steps when you use them.

Information is not sold to any third party for marketing or any other purpose.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the information held about you, request that it be corrected or deleted, opt out of communications, or restrict certain uses. These rights apply broadly regardless of residency on this site.
